Just had an awful experience. I went in at 9:30pm. 30 mins before close on a Friday night and was told that they had NO... chicken. Having this be Mary browns I was taken aback. Isn't Mary browns supposed to BE chicken. You would think they would beprepared, especially on a Friday night. From here it got worse. They didn't have Gravy. I asked if this was common practice..to have none of the things. The woman working didn't know much so I asked who the manager was. I was then told that they haveno manager because they're between owners. So there was no one I could actually talk to. Then I was told I could call the 1800generic number and fill out the survey on the back. A woman came up from the back and said she was the one in charge for thenight. I asked her "so there's no one else I can speak to" she said No.. because again. Between managers/ owners apparently.This woman's name was Sara/Sarah. She actually rolled her eyes at me and as I stated I did not think this was good customerservice, she seemed to mumble a bunch of not so kind things. Good person to have in charge. I was also charged for the gravythat I did not get. The food was old. Which I know I went late. But it was far from fresh. I hope by writing this that someonein charge sees this. Had a stopover in Kingston to get some food for our family and decided to visit this location. Meghan took our order very... patiently offering suggestions (kids making it hard!!). The service was quick but not hurried and everything was just perfecteven the custom sandwiches for the picky children. Was impressed enough to write this. Overall worth a stopover.
