The food is fine, as much as a chain burrito shop really can be. I actually really liked the food, and the portions are really... fair. The cleanliness of the store, however, makes me not want to return. Tables are never wiped, garbages are usually filthyand/or full, and the food service counter looks like it is never cleaned; it's covered in old dry food that was never wipedup. The past few times I?ve gone, this one employee that has been in ?training? for months is just terrible. He moves painfully... slow. It should not have taken 25 minutes for my boyfriend and I to order/get our food when we were the only people there. Thisemployee also messes up my order every single time and doesn?t listen to what I want. One time, I told him I wanted no veggiesand just onions, so he assumed that it meant I wanted a ridiculous amount of onions to ?make up? for not having veggies. Taco Tuesday is such a good deal. It?s a minimum of 3 tacos, but you can add as many as you want after that. The staff was... super nice. It was my first time there so I didn?t know the whole procedure so the staff was really helpful with telling me allmy ordering options. There weren?t many tables inside so dining in was limited to small groups of people. Bathroom was cleanwhich is always nice to see. Read more
I ordered a chicken enchilada as well as a churro with caramel. Absolutely delicious! Definitely ordering from here again. Not... to mention the fact that they leave actual chunks of a avocado in the guacamole. Makes it taste so much better! Read more
This new burrito spot just opened up and I think it's great! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and the interior is... clean and well sanitized! While ordering, the staff members are patient and double check before adding anything! They also taketheir time to plate the food in an aesthetically appealing way! Really impressed! And of course, the food! The ingredients theyuse are fresh and taste great! Solid prices too considering what you're getting! Definitely recommend this place if you pass by!???? Read more
This is the only place I've been ordering from for the past few weeks because their burritos are SO GOOD and they have an... amazing gluten free option for tortillas that taste great!! I literally can't find that anywhere else in Kingston. There's alsothe option to have a completely vegan or vegetarian burrito too! So so yummy ! Read more
