DQ foods and treats are always good. You find same great food in all their stores, but you have to visit this store to have some... amazing customer service experience. I must Mention Karishma and Brennan who made our day. This store must be very proud to havethem in their team. Karishma was so pleasant helpful wile taking our order and Brennan walked the extra miles to make sure ourlunchtime was a very nice experience. I used to go to this place because it offered more ice cream per serving than McDonalds for a better price. However, that is no... longer the case. The first two times I ordered large sundaes here, the whole cup was filled and swirled up a bit higher. It wasdefinitely worth the price. However, since then my sundaes have been getting smaller and smaller with each visit. Today, Iordered my usual large sundaes and they weren't even filled to the top of the cup! And even though the two large sundaes were inthe same order, my bf's was a lot smaller than mine and was basically the equivalent of a McDonalds sundae in quantity, fortwice the price. I've been putting up with DQ's overpriced items up until now but will now be going to McDonald's. My servicehere has largely degraded in the past couple months, charging me for ice cream that isn't particularly special in any way. PS: Ialso have yet to receive a Blizzard that is filled to the top of the cup. Read more
