Horrible food. Horrible response to our complaint. $57.00 spent. Threw out all three of the main dishes. Here?s the sad... tale: Yesterday (April 16) ordered 2 won ton soup with noodles, and 3 main dishes (house fried rice and two chicken dishes).The three main dishes were literally stinky. They smelled rank, and the rice and noodles were mushy. The soups were fine. Ihad a single bite of the fried rice and a taste of the chicken and vegetables and had to spit out the food. We threw out everydish. So, today I called and spoke to two staff members. The first one politely asked me to wait and got a not-very-pleasedperson who asked me what was the problem with the food. I told them that the smell was bad and the food was mushy and had aterrible taste - not at all fresh, veggies and chicken sticky and mucky. That my wife is still tasting the yuk, 24 hourslater. They told me that the food was fresh and nothing wrong with it. To be fair, they offered to give us half off another$57.00. They said they?ve been there forty years and never had a problem. I?ve never known a business that had a perfectrecord every day for forty years. We will never be back to the Chinese Palace. Read more
Food was fantastic, fresh crunchy veggies, not overly sweet. Chicken balls were real, more meat then dough. Give it a 5 out of 5... for flavour, freshness, quality. Read more
This restaurant has THE BEST Chinese Food! I got some for New Years Eve, first time ever going there - of course they were super... busy, but I totally understand why! Two thumbs up. Would absolutely recommend. Havent been for the Buffet service yet (due toCOVID-19) but ordered 2 "dinner for one" meals, great value and there was also plenty of food for seconds. Read more
We hadn't ordered from here for quite a while, but did so last night. The food was really good! I had stopped ordering the Honey... Garlic spareribs but decided to give them another try. The food is really good. But sometimes some of the items sit a little too long and become rubbery. They are pretty good and... bringing out fresh food though. Its all about the timing. Worth the $20 after tax. Used to come here all the time and was happyto hear that it is the same owner for the past 30 years. 5 star rating comes from the egg rolls. They are the best. Filled withbean sprouts rather than cabbage. Sooo good. Read more
Had the general tao, fried rice, and chicken soo guy. General tao was soggy and everything was flavourless. We barely touched it... as it was not good at all. Wouldn't go back again. Read more
