I would have submitted this review to the Burger King website/customer service survey if I could, but unfortunately, not even... that aspect of their business is functioning, and so I am forced to voice my concerns about the health violations and overallpathetic customer service I witnessed today here. Firstly, to the man who picked up your order several minutes before me, I hateto break it to you, but your food was surreptitiously dropped in the actual garbage can a minute before you picked it up;obviously the worker was certain you wouldn't mind your snack a little on the trashy side when she plucked it back out with herbare hands (which at no point did she wash in the 30 minutes I was present). But that stands aside from my own experiences atthis joint, which has given me a newfound understanding of a) why I've never seen a lineup here, b) why nobody has everrecommended I eat here, and c) why the restaurant is probably never actually even open. After taking a relaxing stroll, Idecided that maybe a nice trip to Burger King might be a step up from the dinner I could currently make at home - what acolossal mistake that was! The disaster began as soon as I entered. I waited at the cash register for ten whole minutes asworkers strolled by like grossly humanoid snails. There was no eye contact to be seen. It was as though the front cash registerdidn't exist. As I stood waiting, I watched a woman mosey around the kitchen, chatting with her coworkers about how she was offfor two days this week. Awesome! She was getting a great head start! I eventually gave up on placing an order at the front andsubmitted a mobile order. Then I waited for 15 minutes as the staff continued to ignore me, and this other poor guy thatwandered in. It was so leisurely I almost felt relaxed too. Parking is poorly laid out, and food quality is hit or miss. Service seems to be all over the place as well, as we had not... issues with service or getting our food quick, but the customers ahead of us had to wait a while in line and had previously beenwaiting outside in the drive-thru before being told it was closed (there wasnt a sign saying it was closed anywhere that I saw).Ordered a pretzel bacon king, and found the bacon to be small and soggy, and there didnt seem to be much sauce. Also the burgerpatties seemed a bit overcooked. I'll give them another chance to see if anything improves, but I dont recommend it here whenthere are plenty of better buger places or fast food restaurants close by. Read more
Restaurant door always is closed when they have low staffed and their business hour is never accurate. Like today they marked... they will open today @11 am and I was there at 11:11am but door was closed again. So I went drive thru to order but they weresaying food will take 20min to cook. I guess they have no sense of what fast food restaurant is. Read more

Was given this as a chocolate milkshake today ..... I go here everyday I get a chocolate milkshake everyday it is always filled... up right into the lid and mixed properly today I got one and the little girl with beige headscarf behind the counter she givesme this and I looked at her stunned and I said I'm missing about a quarter of my milkshake there and it's not mixed either andshe goes no that's what you get we have a cup that determines the size and yes it is mixed .... like I haven't bought one thereevery other day for the last few years .... including 2 last night and 1 the day before ..... Guess the customer is not alwaysright at this place .. but the minimum wage employee who work there a month definitely lost my business..... For you to justflat out tell me I'm wrong and expect this to be okay you need some customer service skills lady I worked in fast food for along time for you to go and make my shake properly would have taken you less than a minute but instead you'd rather argue withthe customer....nice job Read more
