This one was in the Cat Centre. Your typical A&W with pleasant service staff, reasonable pricing and not much of a wait time... for food. Overall nice dining experience. It also appears since Labour Day, they seem to be back to pre-pandemic measures; nodividers, napkins and straws back out front. Great to see things returning to normal. Read more
Slow service and my egg in my breakfast sandwich was so oily and greasy that it left a puddle. Returned for dinner a couple... days later. I could see into the kitchen from the front counter. My burger patties were carefully selected from a drawer full ofthem. Disgusting. It was 30 mins before the mall closed. I waited in the food court until close, no one else ordered A&W afterI did. So are those garbage now, or tomorrow's lunch? Read more
We ordered food for 3 .my gf and her sons order were correct my order was 100% wrong . I ordered 2 pappa burgers with cheese... and bacon with just onion mustard and ketchup when we got home with the food there was 1 little piece of bacon on 1 of theburgers none on the other there was mayo or what ever sauce they use no must or ketchup ..U would figure at the price we pay theorder would be checked before its bagged for takeout .i love a and w but will not order from this location again as i work tohard to waste money on an order that was not correct Read more
Excellent food & service, esprcially love their fries .. thick & like homemade . You can actually taste potatoe
Will not eat here again. Ordered our food and found our burgers had shrunk considerably. The amount of fries was also less but... yet they charged as much as if it was a usual size. Service was poor. We had to go back for condiments despite being asked if wewanted them. Read more

I usually really like A&W. It was the first place where I had avocado on a burger and that has become a permanent condiment at... my house. Unfortunately, at this particular A&W I experienced the worst service I have ever encountered. Obviously, the bosswas away and the staff were having a great old time talking and laughing with each other. The music had been turned up and dueto it raining outside, the floor was sopping wet. I decided to leave without ordering. I have been back since then and theservice and quality of food has been excellent. Just shows that adequate supervision is paramount in the fast food industry. I love their burgers. Today I went for a chubby chicken burger. The lettuce in it was all brown, like really bad. Just wonder... how a person putting the burger together would choose to use it and think it's alright??? Read more
