Gave us cold rolls when they seated us. I ordered a crispy chicken salad with no cheese and honey french dressing. The first... time they brought my salad out it had honey mustard salad dressing and it was spilled on the salad. I sent it back. The nexttime they brought my salad had cheese on it. The third time it took over 20 minutes to get it back, but it was correct. My wifehad finished eating by then. The manager gave us a card for a free appetizer the next time we come and gave me a local hero 20percent off which amounted to 5.40. on a good note, the waitress was extremely nice and apologetic. My mom treated me to a Fabolous day at Texas Roadhouse. Our Server was Shannon. She is tremendously professional with over 20... years of experience. Her courtesy and professionalism is outstanding. She knew what and when we needed it before we did. She isahead of the competition. The rolls and honey butter is warm and melts on the rolls. The steaks were superb. The house salad isvery fresh and the colors of the food is prepared and looks very tasteful to where the taste buds on your mouth will talk to youbefore indulging a bite into the comforting food that I am describing above. Also shout out to Sissy she is a professionalmanager and she said to mention her. She is very nice and courteous and stated make sure we come back and see them. Wedefinitely will make this a place to reside and to treat others here in the future. The restaurant is very clean, the bathroomsare clean and very well constructed. The facility structure is beyond words to fathom. This is a must place to visit withfamily, friends, or if you just wanna change your mood. Great food and our waitress was the best ever
Food is really good and the staff is very friendly. I love the beef tips. I usually get them with mashed potatoes and broccoli.... Their dinner rolls coupled with the cinnamon butter are excellent! Read more
Wait staff was very nice. They gave us warm rolls with cinnamon butter. We had the Chilli and Caesar salad (they put the right... amount of dressing on it not saturated and not dry!) My husband had Rib eye steak and shrimp combo I had the smothered chickenwith a loaded baked sweet potato. First time I ever had marshmallow s on my sweet potato OMGoodness! I Love their bread, everything is reasonable priced. Food is amazing!!Not to mention they always have coupons for free kids... meals. I think my kids have 10-15 that take 2 years to expire. Love this place. Read more
Food quality was tasty. Only reason I’m giving it 4* is Bc of service. It wasn’t bad necessarily it was just that it really... irritates me when Togo specialists don’t give you what you request and basic things like utensils. I had also requested for acup of ice since I already had water but they forgot that and I had to call to get them to bring these things back out to me. Ididn’t have to wait a long time for them to bring them which was nice. It was just some little unthoughtful things that shouldbe basic customer service I feel. Either way I’d go back Read more
I always enjoy my time there. Live the atmosphere. Food and service is great. I had the 6oz filet w/ baked potato and fresh... veggies.. my husband had the 6oz sirloin with shrimp, mashed potatoes and a salad. If I could give a 10 I would!! Read more
