Absolutely horrible service and food! We've had numerous problems out of this location. Today we pulled up to order, made it... half way through our order when the lady cut us off and rang up the total. Wouldn't answer when we pushed the button again. Whenthe girl brought our food out we informed her that we never finished ordering. Finally got our whole order and when the girltook our card to pay we informed heard that the card would not work on the outside machines and that she would need to take itinside. She then proceeded to swipe the card outside three times which resulted in a decline fee each time before she finallytook it inside. We decided not to sit there and eat and brought the food home instead. By the time we got home from having towait for our entire order to be ready half of the food was cold and my chicken sandwich was still raw in the middle. We willnever be returning to this location. Love their drinks. Love their food. Maybe needs to improve on customer service sometimes as well as quality checks of their food... and drinks before handing them out. I have received my order wrong a few times here. But all in all it's a good place to eat. Read more
I?m in the hospital after giving birth and my boyfriend went through to get food and asked for extra sauce, no sauce was given... so I called and asked what happened and the worker said ?well one there?s only 3 people working and ten I don?t know? while hewas slurring his words, then hung up the phone. I proceeded to call from 3 numbers for 15 minutes and no answer till a womenresponded and denied that no one hung up and said ?well there?s not a problem so can I help you? and proceeded to tell me thereis no number for corporate then hung up on me. Sooooo, we called ahead, to make sure that their ice cream machine was working, because the last 5 times we drove all the way... there, it was down and we drove there for nothing. ...they said that it was, so we drove there. We ordered a chocolate Oreoblast, whatever it's called. Two times in a row now, we got it, and it was BARELY chocolate at all. Definitely nothing liketheir picture. So I said something, "hey, I even ordered this with extra chocolate this time. What's going on? This is 100%vanilla ice cream, with a little squirt of chocolate syrup on top ". And they said, and I quote "we don't have chocolate icecream." So I spent $6 dollars on a bland, regular vanilla ice cream, with a small amount of Oreos , not even throughout, justthrown on top, and a tiny dollop of chocolate syrup, also on top. Pathetic. Take it off the menu if you don't have it. Don'tcharge me size bucks for that swill and then not even say anything about it!! Like *I'm the crazy one* for asking questions!!!......so I just threw it in the trash and we went to DAIRY QUEEN and got some yummy chocolatey goodness. Getting your order out always takes more than 10 minutes...food is fine but don't expect to get your food in a reasonabe and... timely manner. No reason why I should be waiting at this location for such a long period of time when I see 4 people insideworking and very little getting done Read more
If this is what you call the number 8 ?LARGE POPCORN CHICKEN?..then what are bread crumbs? Never have I been more displeased... with Sonic. Other entree ordered was wings, this was my SO meal, and he eats his entire meal regardless of circumstances, butwas completely dissatisfied as well. So I ordered two chili cheese dogs add onions add relish. I also ordered a chili cheese tots. Well the two chili cheese dogs had... no chili nor cheese on it. I call the store after doordash drop my food off the manager Chad answered he was very rude. Iexplained to him what I ordered and what I received he didn't say anything and the next thing you know the lines disconnected. We go there every Sunday for coffee and a snack. The staff are excellent and have excellent customer service skills. The... prices are reasonable and the drinks and food are always like they should be; hot or cold. Read more
