Food:"Horrible"&CustomerService:"Excellent". I was traveling from Washington DC to Memphis Tennessee and stop for some Chinese... food. I requested something very basic, chicken wings with a side of white rice and a side of fried rice with broccoli. Sohere's my honest review item-by-item without bias. The Fried chicken wings were extremely salty and also mushy due to them beingplaced on top of raw lettuce as decoration inside the Box. The Fried rice was extremely horrible????, upon my first taste Itrashed my entire carton of food. The broccoli was made properly but it wasn't seasoned at all. Broccoli tasted Bland like aseniors home. The best thing was the sticky white rice. But believe it or not the customer service was superb. Not sure who'scooking in the back but he needs to be fired on the spot..... I would never stop in Kingsport Tennessee for food ever again. Thereceipt at the bottom is what they charged me. Read more
Had garlic chicken but there was not garlic husband had shrimp fried rice was good will be back again.
Well in the past I've gotten good service from the waitresses, but here lately that's not the deal. Yrs ago, there was a... wonderful waitresses named Shalmae who had it together. You never had to wait for around 15 minutes just to get a refill onwater. And that's how long it took today and over 10 minutes to get my spring rolls. They weren't real busy neither. Didn'tthink she was ever gonna wait on me after she took me to the table. I came real close to leaving and kinda wish I had! She didnot work for her tip today. The food is great, but the service is not! I hope it'll be better the next time! If you want me toleave you a tip, then give better service from now on! You gotta work for it, because right now, it's not so great like it usedto be several yrs ago! Read more
