I got a turkey bacon avocado sandwich and my only complaint is that the avocado wasn't a spread, it was just whole sliced... avocado,which is fine, but the bread couldn't support all of the filling and it kinda turned into a salad. The employees arereally polite and extremely hardworking, there was a little bit of a wait, but nobody was just standing around waiting to betold what to do. Could do better. Ordered through the app, first instance forgot soup for a bread bowl, second provided thousand island dressing... instead of cesar for a Cesar salad. Only way to "fix" is for me to go to the restaurant....I order online with delivery for areason. Check, check again, and check a 3rd time for delivery orders! Especially seeing as an order for 2 people hits the $50mark! Y'all aren't cheap, correct orders would be nice for 4 items! Read more
In terms of food quality, this place is a solid 3/5, maybe more. In terms of actually giving you the food that you unambiguously... ordered (since it was online and there is no room for misunderstanding what the customer wants), it is a 0/5. While I've haddecent ordering experiences here before, tonight was just so egregious that I feel compelled to say something about it. Iordered a mac and cheese broccoli soup, fruit cup, small Asian sesame salad, and chocolate croissant 4 hours in advance of mypickup time. When I arrived home to devour the salad and nourish my nutritionally deficient body, I discovered on the bag (withmy name on it) that the order said it had been "modified" ... beyond recognition. What I got was a broccoli and cheese soup(most forgivable--I'd count this as "modified" from the soup I ordered), two random slices of bread, a grilled cheese sandwich,a turkey bacon avocado sandwich, and an apple. All good stuff, but definitely not what I ordered and not what I wanted (andfrankly, not what I needed nutritionally either). I received absolutely no indication that my order would be "modified" in thisway, no indication that there were ingredient out-of-stock issues with specific items or anything, and definitely no apologies.It is almost comical. I just want to start by saying I love Panera, I recently started eating in the restaurant the past three months everyday. In the... past few weeks your salads have started going down hill. The greens are horrible, I would never serve a paying customerblackened greens that should be thrown away!! Wednesday I was in the restaurant ordered my favorite Greek Salad ???? I couldn?tfind a piece of greens in the salad that didn?t have black yuck on it. I couldn?t eat this so I just set it up on the counterwhere you throw things away. I ordered Broccoli Cheddar Mac n cheese through the app. After picking up my order and returned to work I was very disappointed... to find Broccoli Cheddar soup instead of the Mac n cheese. The food was still delicious, but it would be nice to get what Iorder. Read more
I usually get the Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich. But over the last few months it looks NOTHING like on their website. There... is very little in the sandwich. It is basically just bread. We ordered curbside last week. Order was ready quickly and everything was delicious. I was surprised at the size of the... pizzas. Two kids could definitely share. We will definitely have the BBQ salad again! Read more
Ordered 1/2 Frontega chicken and chicken and wild rice 1/2 smokehouse BBQ chicken and tomato soup. Ordered online, drove to... pick it up, still had to wait 10 minutes for my order. Food tasted good but the next day. Had Sevier stomach pains and was inand out the bathroom all day and sick to my stomach. Read more
