There is nothing sudden about this service, talk about a group of people that can not work together, no straws and you wait... until they are done with their stories about New York. This store must take all the employees that could not make it at otherstores or it?s horrible management. Read more
Pal's is ALWAYS AMAZING!! It cracks me up that they don't even have screens to look at, and can STILL get your order correct... every time! These other restaurants need to take a note!! BRAVO PAL'S & ALL EMPLOYEES! ...Except the few and far betweenunfriendly faces at the window that look like someone pulled them in there to work off the street, and forgot that THEY actuallyapplied for that job...???? THOSE unfriendly faces need to be elsewhere, other than working with the direct faces of public. Iunderstand that all of us have a bad day here and there, but you leave home at home, and work at work. If you can't do that,then you need a job that doesn't work with the public...??????????? Amazing food that I miss because I now live in California but it was the first restaurant we stopped at when we came home for... the holidays. Sauceburger with cheese and extra sauce and frenchie fry and I always ask for a cup of extra sauce to dip my friesin. Wished we had 1 in California where I live. Read more

I?m not sure if my state of intoxication lead me to this or it really was so but... it was a fantastic double cheeseburger.... Dressed to the gills without specifying, tender and just salty enough. Big white onion rings and not too thick of tomatoes. Thefirst time I was here the fries were horrible. This time much better when asking for a little extra seasoning. All and all Iwould recommend this place to out of towners. It?s no Whataburger but it?ll eat. Read more
