The worst experience ever at the McDonald's in big stone gap Virginia water from the air vent dripping down in the floor in... front of the registers I almost slipped and fell the water dropped in my wife face we asked to speak to the manager and the boynamed Alexander said I am the manager and there's nothing I can do about it I really don't care . The McDonald's in Loudon TN. has continued to get worse and worse. I eat there everyday the fries have not been cleaned in weeks... they can not get your order right. They flooded the store a couple days ago. No one even slowed down. The manager took pics.Then messed around in the lobby and went right back to making orders and passing out food. The ketchup packets are always stucktogether with some kinda nasty stuff all over them. The kids that work there Hal the time just stand around like they have noclue what to do. I just wanted to shout out about the great service I have received at McDonalds, Church Hill. I went through drive through last... week and ordered a senior coke for my husband and a senior Diet Coke for me. What I got was not a Diet Coke and I had nothing todrink while running errands. 2 or 3 days later I stopped and reported the error in the drinks and Karen Looney very kindlyprovided me with a free DietCoke to correct the mistake. Went to the McDonald's on John B Dennis in Kingsport. Order a buttermilk crispy chicken biscuit 2 no salt fries and 2 plain... hamburgers. The lady taking the order repeated it back sane way I ordered it. We was parked to wait on the Chicken ok that wasno problem at least it wasn't old. After getting home my daughter got her good out and it was a Chicken sandwich instead of thebiscuit I ordered. I call the store and spoke with the manager Liz. She was the most rudest person I told her that the order waswrong that we ordered a chicken biscuit and instead they made it a sandwich. She more less called me a liar told me she pulledup the receipt and it shows sandwich so I must of rang it up wrong. Lol really I don't think I rung up my own order the said sheasked the lady the took the order and we didn't say a biscuit. So Liz procedess to tell me I got what I paid for so they wasn'tanything she needed to do. I said I don't care what I paid for I wanted what I had ordered. She hung up on me. Worse place to eat ever. You order a simple Mc chicken and small fry and you get fries so cold you can chew them and the biggest... blonde hair in yoursandwich. So you take it back and the manager has long blonde hair hanging over her shoulder and when Imention my issue with her she states we can't help the hair. So I mention maybe wearing hair nets and she says we wear hats andhair nets aren't in our guidelines. I said we'll it needs to be. After waiting on fresh food while I'm watching them make it ionly seen 2 people with hats on and about 5 people with hair hanging down their backs and over their shoulder. Now I use tomanage a restaurant and we wasn't aloud to let our hair touch our shoulders reguardless how long it was.. someone needs to makesome changes with your guidelines. UNEXCEPTABLE. Read more
