Don't use the drive through at this McDonald's. The drive through staff have messed up my orders numerous times and also can't... count change correctly. I finally had to stop using the drive through at this location, it's THAT bad. So yourself a favor andeither go inside or go to a different McDonald's. Read more
Usually use app once a week to get a Drive-thru breakfast. Get a nice break for using the app and the order is delivered... accurately. My hearing is bad and the app saves a lot trouble when ordering. Plus, no fooling around with cash or cards at thewindow or stand. Read more
Always such a busy place to stop by to eat. Food is not always the best in result. I have had some good experiences and some bad... honestly. Lots of other fast food places around. Read more
I don't understand when you have a limited menu taking cash only that it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get one of the items you're... supposed to be offering. And when you get it, the food is not even hot. It seems like there's not enough staff and the peoplethat are working there are overworked. Read more
This was the only place open when I was able to leave the hospital to get dinner (my husband had been there a week by then). I... had $12 to my name until payday and a 15 yr old 30 miles away at home alone. When the manager heard the story, she had so muchcompassion that she first discounted my order and , after hearing more details, she covered my entire order. She doesn't realizeit but that's the only reason I had enough gas $ to get home to deposit my paycheck- small acts of kindness aren't small tothose of us who received it. They closed from 1a.m.-2a.m which wouldn't have been a big deal but we waited that entire hour and when we finally got through... and got 2 20 piece nuggets they tasted like rubber (they told us they were being dropped fresh may have to wait). Me and myhusband are very patient but to be told they are fresh and come out tasting like they were under a heat lamp that entire hourwas kind of disappointing. Went through the drive thru at around 9 pm and ordered a cheeseburger, fry, and kids meal plus 2 apple pies. The drive thru was... backed up, so an error in food was predictable. When I got to the window to pick up my food, they handed me a drink and largebag and told me have a nice day but didn't hand me the happy meal. Thought it was odd so I pulled over to check the bag and theonly thing in the bag was 2 apple pies and a fry, not even the cheeseburger lol. So I pulled over and went inside and told themwhat I was missing and one of the workers asked for my receipt so I went back out to the car to get it. Once I handed them myreceipt, they gave me a new fry, cheeseburger and then asked what kind of kids meal it was. It was a six piece chicken nuggetand then they asked me if I needed anything else and I asked for ranch and the worker said okay. Got home and opened the happymeal to find a cheeseburger and no ranch. I'm not super disappointed but I figured after going inside the error would've beenrectified.
