Wish I could give 0 stars. They have no issue ringing your food up that you order & charging you for it, yet can never remember... to put all of your items in the bag. Every single time I?ve came to this location they?ve forgotten something I?ve ordered.Usually I don?t even bother going back but today I did, drove all the way back wasting my time and gas to be greeted withrudeness and annoyance for a mistake THEY MADE. I ordered at the drive thru and went to the window to get my order. I watched three people cleaning and the man who took my... order taking more orders. I was wondering why it was taking so long for me to get my food. I was getting irritated by the waitwhile three more cars piled up behind me. When the third car moved up the person who took my order left to make my order. So Ihad to wait for my food while he kept taking orders. Grrr. However the food was good though the price has gone up 25% since thelast time I purchased it. The store closing and cleaning is important but customer service should still be the priority as it isat the store that is closer to me. Read more

I have never eaten at a kfc this bad They have an issue of not having fresh food,now I don't mean chicken,fries an biscuits that... has been under a heat lamp for an hour. They have been there so long that the fries are like chips.The chicken is so dry an hardyou can't even eat it an the biscuits could be used as a deadly weapon.They need to stop cooking in big batches so they don'thave to work as much, either that or they need to be trained again.hopefully corporate reads this an gets on top of it.An mywife took it back they tried to give her only 1 piece of chicken when it was a 2 piece an the lady in the back got mad a startedslaming stuff.the lady up front when she came in again said NOW what.So yall also need to work on the customer service. EDIT EATING HERE TODAY THIS RESTAURANT IS REDICOULOSLY Hot. Feels like the heat is on. People are fanning themselves with the... buffet paper plates. Please turn cold air on!!! Went through the drive there and order 3 chicken littles and a famous bowl, some how the bowl was left out and didn't realize... till I got home. The chicken littles were great and later went back and got the famous bowl and was just as good. over all goodexperience even if there was a lack of concern that I didn't get my food with such a small order.
