This has been my favorite pizza place since I was a kid. 30 years later, same place, Same smells, Fantastic as always!

This place used to be the best in the Tri-Cities, now it's not the best on the block. They all seem so angry that you're there.... I've ordered from there, told 15-20 mins, get there on time and they have no idea where my pizza is, and have accused me oflying about ordering it. This place went from chefs kiss to dumpster fire. Every time I call in they get my order wrong. Won?t ever call in my order again! Instead of trying to correct it they just... charge me for their mistake. I won?t order from here again unless it?s an in person visit. Food is great. People are great.Always super busy. Just need to find a way to take orders the correct way. I always drop big money here. Ordered a Sicilian, and asked to have it made like the steak special. Which is not on the menu. They even grilled the... vegetables. Above and beyond. The pizza was absolutely delicious. What happened to their awesome pizza? Got 2 this evening one reg crust, one Sicilian. Reg crust had so much oil on the bottom... it was not eatable. The pizzas are good but the salads are consistently pathetic and that's being generous. The picture that is posted is what I... picked out of my salad last time I ate there. I believe they store the salads and a cooler that is too cold and it actuallyfreezes the lettuce and the vegetables and I get mushy and brown. I can't understand why the staff can't see the brown piecesand I think that that is unacceptable to serve to their patrons.
