Haven?t been here in a while and figured we would go for some breakfast. When we arrived we were told it would be a 15 minute... wait so we told them that?s fine and waited? about 10 minutes later the host came and told us that the wait would now be between30-45 minutes. We were already there so we decided to wait longer. We were then told we are not allowed to stand up whilewaiting in the front and must either sit or stand outside?. We ended up getting seated and when our food was served 4 platesout of the 9 of us had hair all throughout our food. Two of the plates, which were for our children contained pancakes that wereCOMPLETELY RAW in the middle. We mentioned it to the shift manager r and she brought our waitress over kind of making it seemlike it was her fault and asked if we either wanted a refund or for them to remake them. I cannot rate the experience i had at this ihop much better than 2 stars. The most prominent problem was understaffing. While... the food was good and the wait staff were generally friendly. It was clear they were overworked. Tables werent getting servicequickly and tables were not getting cleaned efficiently. In addition to this two ceiling tiles fell during my visit, which wasprobably because the roof was leaking incredibly badly due to the rain. Instead of quickly cleaning up the ceilling tile theperson who appeared to be a manager chose to put a wet floor sign down. I would avoid this location until renovationimprovements occur and staffing improves. Read more
I?m pleasantly surprised! I have a particularly rough relationship with the IHOP in Johnson City so I was expecting something... similar. My wife brought me breakfast from this location and it was remarkable! They were great to pack in all kinds ofcondiments including two kinds of fruit spreads. Bacon was on point too. ???? Read more
