Go to a different Dunkin. I?ve given this one many chances. They don?t stir the drink if they put flavors, sugar or creamer in.... Their drinks are just above half full. They get mobile orders wrong. Look at the picture, the line is where the drink starts.Unacceptable. Read more

I have been to this location several times and it is the best Tri-cities Dunkin' we have. I recently started using the app and... doing a mobile order for in-store pickup. They always have it ready and it has been correct. My favorite thing is the cold brewwith salted caramel cold foam. I usually go in the mornings. The staff is always friendly and the store is clean. Love having a Dunkin literally 5 minutes from my house ???????? but Lord the poor employees always seem to be working themselves... to death due to being short staffed and extremely busy at all times. I totally understand cause I have been a server now fornearly 20 years and working around the rude public which being short staffed is the normal routine in America unfortunately SMH????.
