Anna is absolutely amazing she is a hard worker and makes sure everything runs smoothly! This location is one of the SLOWEST DD I have ever been too!!!! The drive thru service is obnoxious, you wait at least 10-20... minutes every time! The lobby is NEVER open for mobile orders! And the fact that they close at 2 pm daily is ridiculous! Thisused to be a regular visit for us, not any more!!!!!! I usually do NOT leave bad reviews, but when I mentioned to the cashier about my drink being wrong she looked at the tag and... said "well it says it's got coconut in it." When I questioned my coconut refresher. I told her at other locations it had a amore "milky" color she simply said "that's weird" and shoved it out the window at me. She didn't even check with who made it toverify. I get a coconut refresher a couple times a week from other locations so have a pretty good idea about how they shouldlook and taste. I also ordered the pesto and tomato grilled cheese without tomato because I would be eating it while going downthe road heading back to Greeneville and the tomatoes make the sandwich a bit more messy and I just don't care for them anyways,but LOVE pesto on my grilled chees. I got down the road and opened it up to discover the tomatoes. I didn't go back since 1. Iwas 10 minutes down the road. 2. Had all 4 kids with me. And 3. I had already been told I was incorrect about my drink beingwrong and did not want to deal with this employee again. Definitely will be avoiding this location next time I visit HMG. Read more
Considering that this is LITERALLY the only DD on the west end of town, you would think they would try a little harder to get... orders correct. We went both yesterday and today, yesterday's oder was supposed to be a vanilla latte and instead was an icedcoffee with no flavor. Today's order included a coconut-caramel latte and instead got something that tasted like blueberry. Notto mention, when you get a flavored latte, it is mostly all creamer and no espresso and comes to you looking white. I triedcalling today to speak with a manager and after being on hold for over 5 minutes, I was just hung up on. The rudeness of thestaff and what is obviously a lack of training is ridiculous.
