Burger King on Clinchfield is getting worse when it comes to making orders right. I?ll wait in drive thru for over 10 minutes... just to get missing or incorrect items and when I order from door dash there is missing or incorrect items. It?s ridiculous.Good food if it was made correctly. Read more
Food is never hot. The drive thru is very slow. People will eat anything that is sold. People have forgotten what good food... taste like.price of food is twice the price it should be. I was the only customer when I went in to order lunch. The cashier seemed knowledgeable about the BK app and rewards. However,... she didn't exactly understand what I was trying to order and rang up a meal that I wasn't familiar with and it contained chickennuggets which I was not interested in. I was looking forward to the french fries but they were "burned" (brown instead ofgolden), small and tasted weird. I ended up throwing most of them away. Disappointed. Read more

Overall the food is made well and the staff puts off a friendly face, giving the impression of a nice establishment. But the bad... comes from one thing. That being the wait times unbearableness, most of the time the ordering process wether inside or drivethrough is relatively fast, but a couple times out of the week it's absolutely horrendous, with wait times in the 30s ofminutes.
