The breakfast is cheaper than most fast food chains. You get more bang for your buck. The biscuits are really light colored and... are so moist... For the most part. As I walked through the door there was a strong urine smell.several of the drink options at the fountain drink machine were out... of order. Lobby was clean clean. Food was good. I really like the turkey ranch club wrap. There is handicap parking and a rampto get into the building however I found it kinda difficult to open the door as well as maneuvering through the entry hall wayinto the second door. Arby's Reuben is my go-to lazy dinner and the E. Stone Dr. Arby's is my local restaurant. Every time I'm there, whether it's... slow or during dinner rush, the service is exceptional. Last time I was there, the gentleman at the drive-thru saw that I washaving a rough day so he went out of his way to tell me a G-rated joke before I left. It was neat. Just tonight, my order was atiny bit off, no big deal. The lady at the window, Brianna, was kind, courteous and very professional. The manager on duty,Anton, ensured my order was corrected without any hassle. Food was hot, delicious and well-crafted. I can't say enough goodthings about this Arby's location. The food was fine but the restaurant was dirty. Floor need to be swept and mopped but the worst of all was the women's restroom.... It was not only dirty but smelled bad. And the chicken salad has the ability to be rely good but it needs more of almosteverything. Mostly grapes! The older woman taking orders and filling them was very friendly. Read more
Worst experience I've had at arbys, as you can see in the photo if the mozzarella sticks would've cooked any longer they... would've caught fire. They rushed me in and out with not a care of how the food was cooked. Luckily it was just me and not mywife and 3 kids with me or would've been a waste of a lot more than $10. The new crinkle cut fries are the best F.F. fries in the region. Somewhat slow line at lunch but other than that and the old air... crisp curly fries, it's great. Beef used to be better but, still better than it's Mc.Neighbor ; ) Read more
Check your bag at this Arby's or they will short you. They think serving food like this makes for a good customer experience.... Why bother getting a large when they don't care enough to fill it up and you end up with less than the also not full but atleast a little more acceptable medium fry? Really shows a lack of caring about their customers. Read more
