I am a handicapped disabled American. I went up to the drive-through of this establishment and I was informed over the intercom... that the drive-through was closed I would need to walk inside. I notified the rude woman over the speaker and I was handicap andit would take a lot for me to get out of my car and into my wheelchair. She said that she couldn?t help that that I needed tocome in. In the background I heard someone call me a lazy cracker. Very disrespectful. Very racist. I will never stop here againand I would advise anyone in the area to never come here. Read more
Nobody in line, but they want you to pull around and wait for the food so their numbers look good. Want good numbers, get the... food out the window faster. Don?t make people pull around and wait in the gas island as no parking spaces are available at thefront of your store(only 4 spots anyways). Read more
3 minors coming in and out from behind the counter( pretty sure that?s a huge safety violation), bun stale, tea out, drink... machine almost completely out, and no hair nets. Batting a thousand with standards, but the fries were good. Oh, and managerwearing flips, almost forgot. Read more
It's definitely the worst of the 2. Today I got raw chicken, after waiting extra time for them to cook more chicken... And the... workers are like zombies. At least the drive thru is finally back open, even though they start lunch early and close earlyrandomly. Read more
Charge me for a sweet tea didn?t have any.chicken nuggets were cold. I asked them if they were going to make more I was told no!... Got a chilly and had to ask for the sauce and crackers as the workers were talking and playing around. If I could give zerostars I would. No gloves or hair nets they have air pods in their ears. Worst experience I have ever had in Wendy?s. Then a ladywalked in behind the counter with her kids giving them free drinks and food how is this good for business. Read more
So i pull up to the drive thru menu board and was asked to please wait, and sit there for 10 mins before they come back on and... say the drive thru is now closed for a shift change. And I asked why wasn't I told this when asked to wait before.and was toldthe manager just told the employee. So I'll have to park and walk inside to order. Worst customer service ever. That managerneeds to be fired. I was the only one in the drive thru other then the people ahead of me getting their food. They could havetook my order then shut down. I will be touching base with a corporate office. And will never use this location again and letothers know this location is a joke. Read more

Wendy's burgers and fries are always good. The workers are friendly enough. They just need to remember not to let busy get in... the way of nice. Read more
