The staff was undertrained, 4 items were missing, then while trying to figure out which items were missing they spilled a bag of... cinnamon twists out and tried to scoop them back in the bag after touching the counter. When I asked for a receipt they wouldnot provide one, and when I called in after the shift manager hung up on me and refused to even give a name. Waited a few daysand called back just to get the store manager who brushed everything off until I mentioned that she wasn?t bothered byeverything that happened then she ?sincerely apologized?. I spent a lot of money to feed 6 people and by the time I got donedealing with them the food was soggy, cold and inedible. Was referred back to the app to try and get a refund. If there was minus stars, that?s the review I?d like to give! I used to love Taco Bell! The Kingsland, Ga restaurant is NOT good... it should be named Taco Hell! Today is the 3rd time I?ve tried to eat there and the last time I?ll be back! The order I paid forwas take-out for 2 soft taco supremes & 3 burrito supremes and all I got when awful, flavorless bean burritos! Save your moneyeat somewhere else! Read more

Literally the worst Taco Bell I've ever had. We've tried multiple times, and every time it's always so bad. The food is never... prepared correctly, and usually cold. Just save your time and money. Read more

I got the speaker and encountered a very, very friendly associate (Felicity) who I later found out was one of the managers. I... hadn't been to Taco Bell in forever, I was caught off guard with such AWESOME customer service. I told Felicity that I thoughtChick-fil-a had the best customer until I encountered her. She was so professional, caring and sweet during my encounter withher. She even put the sauce on a napkin instead of just dropping it in the bag on my food and my breakfast food was labeledsausage on one and bacon on other so that I didn't confuse them. That's a person that cares about the customer. i was likeWow... Let me speak with your manager. She said that she was a manager. This was a taco "supreme" mind you? Notice the Tabasco cap for scale to see how little meat and filling there was. Terrible,... plus they forgot the sauce we ask for. It's not rocket science people. Read more

Spent an hour watching the drive through line cycle 4 times waiting for my meal. Still no food. Have at least 3 people who... ordered before me still waiting and two after that got food. If you bother eating here use the drive through, or better yetdon't bother. Oh and this isn't a quesadilla, 2 cheesy gordita crunches, and 2 nacho fries. At least it was 40% right. Order was wrong! I paid 32.70! I had to ask for a bowl of rice that I paid for they cram everything on one bag. I different meal... combos. I told them I don't like all my food cramped in one bag. I told them that's why I haven't been to Taco Bell in a longtime. I won't be back.They need to tell customers they can't produce a receipt because they was hit by lightning a week ago!That's what insurance is for! Taco Bell need to do better. The girl at the window slammed it because I told her that wasn'tenough in the container. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Read more
