Went today to treat myself and instead ended up just walking out. I was there for over 5 minutes and was ignored the entire... time. I swear this place gets worse every time I try to give it another shot. But today was just absolutely annoying how can someone... mess up a cold brew? We tried a new drink at another Starbucks location and thought it was great. Today we came to our localStarbucks and I thought ok I haven?t been here in months but hey they can?t mess up a cold brew. Well they gave me a hot coffeewith a bunch of ice that melted almost instantly so I had semi watered down, semi cold coffee. I use to literally buy a drinkeveryday here sometimes twice a day and for sure now I won?t come back. I?ve tried my regular drink here, they mess it up almostevery time. It?s burned, sometimes overly sweet or they forget to add what I paid for like the cream or the extra shots. I eventried just basic stuff like a frap and they mess that up too, lol I tried a pumpkin cream cold brew and they gave me a hotcoffee with ice and couldn?t even get the size right. Worse caramel Frappuccino ever!! Taste like crushed ice and coffee with whipped topping. I really believe they forgot to put... the milk in it because it had no milk taste at all!! Read more
This one was a long story took debit card run it three times told me it declined. Then I pulled out another card it went thru... but immediately checked my bank it went thru first time plus on credit card and no refund I have proof this is why I can't standStarbucks! Read more
Slowest Starbucks that I have ever been too. Its unacceptable that one calls in a mobile app order and it?s never ready when one... walks in after it?s supposed to be ready. Worse yet, walking who order at counter get theirs before mobile customers. It?s likethey pride themselves on slow service. You pay for a premium product and don not get service on par with cost. I had the most amazing peppermint mocha ever. Staff is friendly and welcoming. They make great coffee drinks. I heard an... employee greeting a girl who inquired about a job and she spoke very well of the restaurant and her employer. Restaurant layoutis great for plugging in a laptop as outlets are available. However, bring headphones if studying or working as the store is abit louder than most Starbucks. Awesome experience. I love Starbucks, but this store excelled even the Starbucks excellence. I will return again. Read more
Good mobile order service. Has drive thru, but makes parking a bit cramped. Outdoor seating. Nice decor
Just want to applaud the baristas at this location!! Today was a free cup day and the store was absolutely packed before the sun... was up. I witnessed exceptional costumer service to everyone they interacted with (kind and rude alike) & was so impressed. Read more
