Stopped in for a late lunch and was greeted as I walked in. No wait and was seated quickly. Ashlie was our server and done a... great job. She was extremely friendly and always smiling. What a wonderful dinner! We ordered to go. We were our normal playful selves while waiting on our dinner.???? He had the st... Louis ribs, I had the three meat plate and added a side of potato salad. They were very understaffed, but from the service wegot you couldn't tell it. I am a chef, and for me to say I enjoyed every aspect of the meal says a lot. On our way back from Florida and stopped by for an early dinner. We didn't chose anywhere specific, just something that we... can't find in New York. Comparing to a few famous BBQ places that I been to, this place is not bad. The brisket (both thickcut and chopped) were the best I have tasted so far. Fried okra was not bad either. I had the smoked wings and ribs, sweet tea, and banana pudding for dessert. The meat is tender and slow cooked to perfection. ... Not dry at all and delicious! I had the sweet potato for a side and it was yummy with the cinnamon butter...decadent really.Didn't really NEED a dessert but I figured if everything else was this tasty the dessert would be as well...Spot on-I enjoyedthe banana pudding as much if not more than the meal. Great tasting fare; I was very happy with that and the service. 8/10(alcohol would make this place better imho). Read more
