Food was good. They need to wipe down tables more often. I cleaned my own table, but never saw an employee wipe down any tables... during my hour and forty minutes minutes there. Read more
Good food but the portions are small. Nor a good value. Don't think we'll be returning.
Ordered online. Signed in as Guest (Not a regular). Order delivered with missing pizza. Receipt shows full order (3 meals $62... total) and no one checked prior to stapling the bag closed. There was no notation 1 of 2 etc... Definetly will NOT do thatagain. Read more
I visited today on my day off for lunch and despite it being extremely busy, the manager Yeny was super efficacious in... delegating and moving all the orders in a timely manner. There was a table in front of me with 5 plus people and it was alladdressed expeditiously. I enjoyed the pick 2 sandwich and soup and was pleasantly surprised that all the orders were going outas they were coming in. Customers were getting their meals promptly. No wait time. The Manager should be congratulated forher hard efforts and awesome job in leading her team! Read more
Highly disappointed with the Kingsland (Ga) location. I typically only want to write positive reviews, but I can't this time.... Placed an order through the app tonight. Nothing crazy, a flat bread pizza, pick 2: cup of broccoli cheddar soup & 1/2 turkeysandwich. Added on 2 bagels for tomorrow breakfast. Husband left to pick up the order inside the cafe and came home. We openedthe order and there's no pizza. Tried calling them but we were on an endless automated loop. He drove back. Spoke with Beth(manager). She stated that the pizza was with the order (which it was not). And she basically blamed him. He was furious. Iopened my turkey sandwhich to find no turkey. It was bread, lettuce, cheese and onion. Beth provided no assistance or reasoningto these discrepancies. Very, very disappointed. Moral of the story is: if you place a togo/pickup order make certain you checkand double check your order before leaving. Also, it is apparent they have an internal check system, its even listed on thereceipt.... They're supposed to check the order and sign off on. As you can see, that didnt happen. Her excuse? Food is good but the service and bathrooms are terrible. Bathrooms desperately need to be cleaned. Service wise, we ordered on... the tablet and when we went to pick up our food, we had a question and all the workers ignored us. On top of this, they messedup the order and it took them way too long to fix it. You'd think since it was a mess up, they would fix it immediately??? Only plus, pretty decor. Read more
Hearing that the Dept of Health gave this Newly Opening Place a 100% A-Ok PASS. I have to Tell y'all. My Mommy made the Best... Turkey Sandwiches with Lettuce Tomato and Cheese. Now, Panera Bread Makes the Very Best ones for me, now, that my Mommy went toHeaven. When I have enough money, I get a bowl of Panera's Soup along with my Sandwich at Lunch and It feels so Good to eat themboth together. I hope I get the Good Service here, that I usually got at the other place I went to, because this is a NewlyOpening Place.... I went Friday Sept 4/20. It was Very Good!!! I had a Cobb Salad with Bread. It was Yummy : ) Fill your OwnPop Drinks (even with the Covid-19 Pandemic) : / O M G Counter Ordering They call your Name when your Order is Ready. Decent food, pricey for what you?re getting. Cashier we?ve had every time doesn?t seem like they want to be there, doesn?t ask... if you?re ready to order, didn?t seem to want to answer our questions or help us clarify any confusion, after taking paymentdidn?t offer receipt. Only one person In the kitchen area seemed happy to help when we had an issue with our order (both recentvisits), all others seemed intent on avoiding chance of making eye contact. And I?m not one to complain in general. We were justnew so asking questions, we didn?t know what things were or who to ask about issues with the order. We were also given an alertdevice for when our food was ready and it was not used to alert us, instead our name was called out. Our most recent visit wedid the ordering on the nearby tablets since there was already a line at the cashier (eventually a 2nd cashier came to assist bystarting another line). We opted for the text alert when food was ready which was helpful. Overall, if you plan to go, go withsomeone already familiar with the menu & what everything is vs trying to ask staff. Or maybe download the app and familiarizeyourself with the items ahead of time & order ahead or order on the dining room tablets.
