The restaurant is always dirty, their burgers are always thrown together sloppily, etc. I asked for a caramel frappe- "we only... have mocha right now." I asked for a milkshake- "our milkshake machine is broken." I asked for an ice cream cone- "Our ice creammachine is broken."
