Stood in line along with three other people for probably 10 minutes or so. One girl was in drive thru, leaning over the counter... on her phone, a boy stood playing with his hands by the food area, then another girl was sitting behind the counter where baskinused to be on her phone. I had made eye contact with her but she didn?t even respond. As I was about to leave, another employeewalked in the door, she welcomed us, took a look and said she?d be with me as soon as she clocked in. She not only took myorder, but everyone else?s as well. Making each order directly after taking it. The others started to ?work? as they saw herdoing it all. But she?d taken care of us before they even realized. It?s a shame I was told she found another job but I cannotblame her. Service hasn?t been as great since, the morning crew is so rude and disrespectful, and at night you?re lucky ifyou?re even taken care of. And not to mention it?s almost 2$ to substitute milk for allergies purposes. Read more
Me and my wife came into the store around 9:00 pm. No one was around heard people in back talking. Called out! Is there anyone... here? No on reply! So we waited a few minutes. Then one of the employees came out. Did not say one word and turn around and backinto back room area. So we thought he was going to get someone. But no one came out from back. So me and my wife left the store.I will never ever go to this Dunkin Donuts again. This is not the first time I've had problems with this store. Read more

Edited review on 10/16/22 Espresso drinks are good again, they've been great the past 10 times I've been. Pumpkin signature... latte is really good. This location is usually good, but the last two times I've gotten an Americano from here, it's just beenmade with regular coffee instead of two shots of espresso, so they've just given me extremely watered down coffee. I?m so grateful to have such a good location so close to home! My coffee is always on point, the staff are always so friendly... (especially the staff member named Brittany) and always do their best to get us out in a timely manner?and believe me it?s notalways easy because this location can get busy!!! But they never let it get to them and always do a great job at accommodatingthe long lines! Read more
We stopped to get coffee and a coffee cake muffin. Coffee and muffin were both good. Only complaint is they don't have the... prices for their donuts and muffins posted anywhere, would be helpful if they did. Read more
I got a wake up wrap and it looks straight up pitiful and not appetizing at all.
It?s very annoying when you specify and it?s disregarded. I ordered an iced coffee with lite cream and I even went as far as to... specify that by lite I mean very little?like a splash, and the coffee I receive looks like milk water. I seriously can?t eventaste coffee in the drink. I?ll save my money next time. Read more
