Well Dunkin' donuts always has good coffee, and they definitely have exceptional donuts. Now their customer service reps they... need a little touching up, I need to be honest because if I'm not honest how can you grow your company. I have come across somany people with attitudes in that place it's pathetic. And that's not just the one that I am posting on I've experienced thisin several of the places. So I don't know if they have some sort of training but the customer is always right no matter what andthat is the attitude that we must have if we expect to keep a flow of people coming into our business. Express locations should not be listed as a full location. Went 8 miles out of my way to be disappointed. This is a gas station.... Inside the gas station they have some dunkin coffee brewed up and waiting to be dispensed. Not a full Dunkin location. Read more
These guys never mess up my order! They are always on point and it's never busy when I go there cuz I try to go there before... anybody else does early in the morning LOL but a million stars Read more
i?m from massachusetts so maybe i?m just privileged in knowing what really good dunkins tastes like but after being here for a... year i just have to leave a bad review. they?re breakfast sandwiches are so soggy about 95% of the time. the bagels taste rawlike they haven?t been toasted, the egg is WET, and the entire sandwich is just cold. it tastes exactly like they premake thesandwiches toss them in the fridge the night before and put them in the microwave for 20 seconds when they?re ordered to savethem time. idk what?s going on but it?s just so gross honestly. like why is my egg wet?? ew?? For the last few months I have had constant issues with this dunkin location. Issues from my coffee tasting like a literal... ashtray, to being given a regular coffee when I asked for sugar free (yall could kill someone), receiving the wrong order evenafter having the order repeated to me correctly on several occasions, always having something messed up or not receiving whatwas paid for. Not to mention the manager here is very rude and has zero sense of customer service. Not even a "thank you" or"have a great day" Lastly they never toast the bagel when I order a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and when I ask for it betoasted, they burn it and act rudely. I used to feel a sense of comfort going to this location like 5 years ago but I am nolonger returning to this location. This dunkin use to be great. In and out of the drive thru in 5 minutes, 10 tops if they were busy. I feel bad for the employees... who work here, they deserve better management and more staff. The past 3 times ive been here I have sat in the drive through for20 minutes just to get less than 5 donuts. They messed up last time and rung up the wrong 3 donuts and gave me two coffees thatthey had messed up for the order ahead of mine. They try to accomodate with kindness, but someone needs to step in and help thisstore get back to how it was 3 months ago. Read more
How can you complain about a Dunkin Donuts.Always been good and fresh.No complaints.
Went out of my way for decent coffee and it turns out it is a gas station. Of course ALL of the coffee machines were out of... order. This should not be advertised as dunkin donuts. I'm very disappointed but I guess next time I'll read the reviews. Read more
