Bought a meal, fries, cookies, and a drink from here today. The lady who took my order was rude and distracted, and didn?t read... it back. The manager, Erin, handed me drinks and a bag of food. My wife caught that they gave us one extra meal and no cookies.We asked for our cookies, Erin rudely told us we didn?t order any and we needed to pay for them. I used to love this Chick-fil-A until they moved into the new building. I have only visited twice.. once when they first opened... here and a couple of days ago. Both times my food was overcooked. I used to purchase at least once a week at the old building.Maybe I'll try again in a few months. Read more

I made a mobile order for drive-through pickup. I didn't get all of my food. When I got home and realized that, I checked the... app to see how to resolve this, and it told me to call the restaurant. It told me I needed to contact the restaurant I made thepurchase from. So I called. No one answered. I left a voice mail requesting a call back. No one did that. I like your food. Ihave dietary restrictions that make it difficult for me to eat out, and you're one indulgence I get to enjoy. I buy for my wholefamily pretty regularly. I am a Chick-Fil-A One Signature Rewards member. Nearly every single order I've made with you guyssince you moved has been incomplete. The first several I was able to let go, no problem. People make mistakes. But we're at thepoint where this has become a pattern, and I'd like to be able to recoup the cost of the items that I'm paying for and not beingprovided. Great service, awesome people, and good food. We ate outside and Ann asked us if our pups wanted some water. We appreciated the... water, but our furry kids were especially thankful.
