I bought a rack of spare ribs and two sides. The guy in the truck said the meat was tender and almost falling apart but that was... not the case. The meat was not tender but instead very dried out. The first piece of meat that I ate was tough as bone but wasnot a bone. The macaroni was also really dry. The potato had a weird taste to it. If I had to guess I would guess thateverything was thoroughly cooked yesterday and left to warm all day today which dried out the food. I did drink a lemonade andthat was tasty and delicious but the food was not.... If you read your reviews taste your food before serving and sides shouldbe made fresh daily. Read more
I've ate from the truck set up next to the welcome center a couple of times now to really get a teste for different items on... their menu. I have to disagree with some of the reviews I see here. The BBQ is really good and the service was relativelyquick. The guys working the truck have been nothing but friendly and welcoming to my buddies and myself. There's always a changeof specials so you can expect to have new items to try and their classics on the side of the truck are always mouth watering. Icontinue to bring my buisness here whenever it's lunch and I'm looking for some good BBQ without braking the bank. I definitelyrecommend this stop for some good , fresh BBQ. Read more
