Stopped on our way home from vacation. Employees were very sweet, but things were ridiculously unorganized. One person taking... orders, one at drive thru, one bagging orders, & one making sandwiches. Their order system seemed to be glitching & the oneputting sandwiches together was getting very behind. None of the others stepped up to help her, stating they weren?t fullytrained to assist her It?s sandwiches; it ain?t that hard. Several people got angry enough to ask for refunds & one woman threwher receipt (for a single burger, I think?), told them to forget it, & walked out. Sandwich maker told the others to hold offtaking any new orders until she could get caught up. Manager came up from somewhere in back to do the refunds, then promptlyleft the front area without helping the front of house get caught up. Food was fine, just what you?d expect from Burger King.But there needs to be better training & organization; manager needs to step up & manage. We saw him out back scrubbing whatlooked like cook tops. I understand that things need to be clean, but that could have waited until the customers were taken careof. Read more
Stopped here while on a roadtrip to Disney and enjoyed the $6 Your Way deal (cheeseburger, fries, chicken fries). Unfortunately,... it seemed that only 3 people were running the entire restaurant so service was very backed up and the wait was long. We went to store#8907 in Kingsland ga. Orders were backed up and the young man taking orders carried himself very... professionally. Most young men his age would have gotten upset with the situation. He was very polite and professional. His namewas Keon Kennedy. Great job young man! Read more

My visit to the kingsland 1 this past time is my last. The croissant biscuits were non edible due to the grease as were the hash... browns. The bag was soaked with grease and I only live 3 miles away! The previous week I waited 30 min. At the drive thru for 3items that were cold chicken fries and French fries I was given 49 cents that was tossed at me in the denomination of 4 nickelsand 29 pennies!
