I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. If I owned this establishment, I would close it down immediately. Took an hour to get 5... tacos and a cup of water. Every single order I saw someone receive was wrong. The staff are neither super nice people nor goodworkers so I assume they just hire whoever can stand to work there for the time being. This place just needs a few people thathave a basic understanding of life and everything would be good but until then I would just avoid it at all costs. It?ll befaster to eat at the Waffle House across the street and they can probably manage to at least give you the ingredients you askedfor. Read more
Will never get any more of my money. My wife and I both had two pieces of small chicken inside our soft tacos and I could eye... ball how many shreds of cheese where there as well. Don't know if the employees are stealing food to take home or what, butsomeone from higher up needs to investigate the customer service here. Read more
I came here tonight to pick up dinner, I walked in and ordered, I spent $38 on food here. I ordered cheesy roll ups and chicken... chipotle melts( which are already small items). I got home and opened them up and they pretty much gave us tortilla wraps withNOTHING in them. There is no quality in their food making here. DO BETTER! Read more

Each time I decide to go here I always have a issue. It?s always the same cashier, Donna H. I get over charged for my food and I... was told the other night I could not get a refund because there wasn?t a manager on duty and nobody knew how to do one. I?veworked costumer service for 7 years and I?ve always done what I could to make my costumer happy. These people never have asmile, the speaker is half broke so it makes it harder to make a order, correctly. Definitely will be choosing any otherlocation but this one in the future. Read more
Kings mountain Taco Bell use to be good with good people running it, food worth the money. Nowadays not worth a star. Poorly... trained management, poor customer service, under staff and they basically rob you at the cash register giving you basically halfwhat they use to give you when you order. Just today I ordered a power bowl which is supposed to be full of food one side tothe other, when I got mine 1/3 of the bowl had nothing and what I did get was a joke. I could of gone down to Hardee's got twicethe food cheaper. While I ate that joke of a meal, I people after people walk in walk back out due poor service, the peopleworking telling customers to order online because they to busy to run the register and people outside getting out of linebecause of the long waiting period. Hey do you like waiting in line for long periods of time only to be treated like you're a bother? Do you like the spontaneity of... not knowing what you'll get because it definitely won't be what you ordered? Do you like disgusting food with hair in it? Wellthen the Kings Mountain Taco Bell is for you. Enjoy the parking lot where 95% of our employees will be smoking, listening toaggressive trap music, staring at customers with ill intent and just disappearing for long periods of time while one person istotally confused on the concept of your order, customer service, or the concept of what food is all together. Hate giving Taco Bell a less than good review but this was by far not a good experience. We ordered through the app since we... were passing through on a road trip. Long story short 30 minutes later found my food that was ordered for in store pickupsitting in the drive through line. Nice and soggy "crunch" wraps and cool everything else. No offer of apology from the staff.The good news? We got everything we ordered. I'd probably choose a different Taco Bell next trip Read more
