This is what I was served. When is it ok to serve someone a burger patty that looks like this.
Food was great but a little slow in the drive thru. Prices to high. Never have any ice cream always the machine is not working.
Never go after 8 through the drive threw they are rude trying to rush you to get your food they bout dropped our food rushing us... to get it and practically throwed our drinks at us with no straw and no receipt and there was no car behind us. Read more
Usually pretty quick. Not always. Food usually correct. Not always. I check it before leaving the window. Prices continue to go... up but they do offer deals and sales at times. Editing review -> they are continually going down hill. Waited almost an hour forfood the other day. Typically we choose McDonald's for a quick bite. I don't expect to wait over an hour for food here. Staffwas very scattered and lacking leadership it seems. Read more
This McDonald's is the absolute worst. I've been attempting to eat there for years and almost every time I go there the service... is horrible. My last trip there I ordered my food on the kiosk and stood there for at least 25 minutes waiting for my order.There was no one in front of me, it was only me and my two boys waiting on our food. I sat there and watched the employeeswatching videos in the food bin. There were three to four of them standing there along with the person working the grill. Ifinally asked them if my food was almost ready and then they said they would hurry up and get it. And that point we were alreadylate for football practice as my intention was to grab a quick bite before going. I live 1 mi from this location and do my bestto never eat there because they always let me down whether it's in person or through the drive-thru. The consistently leave foodout of the bag and one night when I went there the employees notified me that they couldn't make any food because a managerwasn't available. I worked at McDonald's for two and a half years in high school and know the processes. Having a managerpresent has nothing to do with making the food or taking the orders. I know everyone's struggling to find good help these daysbut every employee that was there needs to be fired. If you are the owner of this location or corporate in our reading this youneed to give this location a thorough evaluation. The McDonald's off of i-85 a few miles away is leaps and bounds better.Everyone in Kings Mountain knows that to be true. Read more
The people are sometimes really nice and sometimes really in a I don't care attitude but it's fast food and people have bad... days. I'm never had a problem with this place until this week when in my crispy chicken sandwich I found the end of thewishbone. I stop at this McDonalds every day! they always mess up my order in some way whether its pickles on my sandwich when I asked for... no pickles, putting extra things on my order, or not making my coffee the way I asked. they always throw my order in my baganyway and I always have to asked for a straw! I use to work at McDonalds so I know how it is from the inside but this timethey went to far. Every time I have an issue that's worth telling the manager I call. The only manager that answers is the nicelight skinned pretty lady who ALWAYS helps me and ALWAYS gets my order right at the window. I ordered a large fry today and asI'm at my desk eating and not paying attention I put a WET fry to my lips and immediately looked at it. IT WAS BITTEN OFF OF. Itook a picture and called the store with no answer. so I'm forced to write this review. I understand there is a shortage onemployees but the kids that work there are always running around the store playing while I'm at the window, locking the doorsand sitting in the lobby until the next shift comes in and they never want to clean the McCafé machine so most mornings I justorder a regular small coffee. One time I was sitting at the 2nd lane for 10 minutes and no one answered me. When I pulled to thefirst window I was told "I don't answer that one because that's not my job, they need to get me some help". But no one was atthe 1st lane while I was sitting there. nor was there a cone in the 2nd lane. I'm over this McDonalds, I'd rather drive 7minutes more to the next one. Read more
