I'm originally from the west suburbs of Chicago, so I rarely order pizza especially here. I usually make my own. I decided to... try "The Original Strombolis". I'm now a huge fan, perfectly cooked, not greasy, a tasty, smooth, rich sauce. You can tell thestaff takes great pride in what they do. Very disappointed this time around. Always good in the past, Stromboli was raw (dough) in the middle and burned on the outside.... My meatball sandwich was not on a roll, it seemed to be on a folded over piece of pizza dough that really needed some salt. Iate the meatballs, they were good, the bread, not so much.Salad was okay. Beware, prices in the menu are not what they actuallycharge. Stromboli (small) was listed as 11.99 but we were charged 15.99. They seemed to be short staffed but everyone wasfriendly. Read more
I waited just over 30 min for Spaghetti and meatballs, come with "garlic" bread. Sauce was real thick like tomato paste. It had... very little flavor other than tomato paste. I think they used pizza sauce. Bread was just that, hot buttered bread, no hint ofgarlic.the bread loaf use cute, place looked clean. As for a second visit, I think not. Read more
Food was awesome, and so was the service. Very welcoming. You can get a 2 liter soda for 3.50!! Pizza was very good, I think the... crust and the sauce was my favorite part. Including the bbq chicken wings and the garlic bread. Best part for me was that I didnot get heartburn from their pizza! Overall great experience will come back if we?re in the area again. AMAZING!!! We ordered the namesake Stromboli and it was the best we've had since we lived in New York. The filling was perfectly... balanced, the cheese was real, whole milk mozzarella and the dough was exquisite! The pizza was similarly perfect. And theservice was top notch! Read more
Really good Pizza. Really good pasta dinners. Portions are huge. I had the spaghetti and meatballs and only ate half of it.. The... Anti-pasta salad was a little weak. Service is great! Dining in can be a challenge for larger groups as they do not have a hugedining area. Honestly this place is a solid 4 stars if not better! Read more
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS ESTABLISHMENT! We had been on a long road trip from Arkansas, got to our hotel and ordered from here.... They delivered our food to our hotel in less than 30 minutes. We had a pepperoni and sausage pizza...lots of toppings andcheese. The wings were to die for and the pizza sauce was WONDERFUL! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!
