The food always tastes great. But I am never acknowledged when I walk in, usually standing around waiting a while before I am... noticed and my order is taken. Thought I would try mobile ordering, no one calls out the mobile order names so by the time Irealized my order was up, my food was no longer warm. This is one of the best taco Bell's I've ever been to. And I've been to quite a few in my years. The staff is very customer... oriented. A huge plus. Your help always makes your business. I'm glad to go in. Sometimes they are a little overwhelmed but getthru it. You just gotta givem a little time. Don't be in a rush! Life's to short not to enjoy it. Read more
Went through the drive-through and got 3 tacos regular just lettuce no cheese no sour cream no tomatoes. I leave make it halfway... home, open up my taco to find that there's sour cream and tomatoes so I turn around and the lady is happy to fix it very niceabout it. So i leave happy but I Didn't check my tacos before leaving because I didn't think that One could be so incompetentto complete an order of just tacos with lettuce, But law and behold, I open it and there's cheese But you could tell they put iton there and then took it off. I don't just not like cheese or sour cream I am lactose intolerant so I literally cannot eatcheese or sour cream and I told them this. Usually I don't complain because you know stuff happens but these workers are gettingpaid more than people who have been in positions at their job for years and they can't even make a plaim taco. I do not see howhard that is, if you're gonna get paid more than somebody who builds 300 cabinets A day in a metal building with no AC then youcan learn how to make a taco.
