Well I've seen the commercials etc. Supposed to be great. Anyway I purchased a chicken sandwich and a 12 piece meal with... biscuits and mashed potatoes. ( not all for me) This was my very 1st time I've eaten at Popeyes. The sandwich was good, thechicken and biscuits were ok. The mashed potatoes tasted like Cambells chicken noodle soup. I'll stick with Kentucky FriedChicken. They also have a great chicken sandwich, better biscuits and their mashed potatoes taste like potatoes and gravy.Popeyes was a big time disappointment. I?ve been to many Popeyes in my life, and this is by far the very best one. Malia (I think was her name) is out there giving... outstanding costumer service. The food is ever so slightly better than the other ones. It must be that love they put into it inthe back. Read more
Serviceable. I have eaten here before and will again. At 1pm, they were out of thier best side item - the red beans and rice -... and nearly out of chicken. Still good chicken, tho Read more
Absolutely Fantastic! The Crunchy Spicy Chicken was perfect. The Hush puppy shrimp are tasty and do not disappoint.
I'm having a very hard time understanding how anybody keeps going to this restaurant when the chicken supposedly chicken has... more batter than the biscuits. Very dissatisfied. The staff was nice but for the amount of money we spent on the food it wasterrible. Read more
We got the 1/4 lb popcorn shrimp. They were out of coleslaw, out of seafood sauce. We were not offed ketchup for our fries or... butter for our biscuit. There are as very little shrimp, it was mostly breading. Lots of clumps of breading with no shrimp. Iwon't be going out of my way to go to Popeyes again. Read more
1/30/22 @ 11:45 AM - 12 PC Family Meal $37.99 ($41.16). Placed my order and was told it would be 14 min. before the chicken... would be up. Waited and about 15 min. later, they had my order ready. Got home and found that they gave me all dark meat. 6Legs and 6 thighs, no Breasts and no Wings. Not happy. If I didn't live 30 min. away, I would have taken it back. Just didn'twant to wait any longer for chicken. Family not happy either. Read more
I waited about 15 minutes for a sandwich, and there were about 4 people in front of me waiting about the same for theirs. No ice... in the fountain machine, and I guess they can?t give you ice behind the counter, so you?re stuck with a warm drink. Staff wasn?tvery friendly either, a gentleman was in front of me and he went up to ask about the wait and the lady behind the counter justsaid ?do you need something? in a rude tone. Nonetheless, really the only Popeyes around, so not really another option. Read more
