I gave 2 stars, they are solely for the delivery driver...... the pizza I ordered had to have the equivalent to a 16 oz can of... olives on it, I wanted olives.... but geez. I guess it's punishment for calling and requesting the order to be a delivery. Lesson learned, I won't call again..... I will go elsewhere. Read more
My sister placed an online order and I went to pick it up. I was greeted with a genuine hello when I came through the door and... they let me know that my pizza was almost ready. The pizzas themselves were fantastic the only problem that I have is I like asweeter sauce. Great job to the Papa John's in Kingman. Keep up the good work Read more
Pretty decent pizza. Got almost everything right. The dough was a little undercooked and they sent the wrong tea with the... driver... Was looking forward to unsweetened black tea from pure leaf and got lipton peach tea... Still good but so muchsugar! Otherwise good was fresh and still warm by time it got here and driver (door dash) followed instructions well (ie don'tknock or ring bell). It is a good tasting pizza overall! Read more
Ordered a large thin crust pizza with only mushrooms and extra cheese...they charged me $30.41. When I comment about how it... always was like $23.00...the girl got very snotty and still charged me $30.41. I have never paid that much for a pizza that hadeven more ingredients. Then hearing about the finger nail in a friend's pizza...I about puked. Then hearing from anotherfriend who ordered pepperoni and when they called to nicely adk about it..they were hung up on. Pizza crust not cooked not square cut as requested and driver insisted on a tip even though he didnt call when he arrived per... the instructions on the order driver was very rude and app didnt inform me of where the driver was and when he would arrive. Overall this is the worst expierence I've had at a papa John's location in a very long time you should be ashamed ofyourselves!
