Grilled chicken sandwich was so spicy I couldn't eat it. When I asked why it was so spicy the person that made the sandwich... admitted to another employee that he used sriracha sauce on it instead of good good sauce because they were out of good goodsauce. Staff/Manager coughing in the back without covering mouth. Water overflowing on the coffee/tea machine. Lack Luster customer... service. Extra charge for cheese even though your meal is called a "cheeseburger." Satisfactory rating in last healthinspection. I was unaware of the poor quality of this Jack in The Box until I came inside to eat. Usually I come through theDrive Thru and its slow, but now I understand why. Ordered the spicy chicken meal. Guy at the window looked like he hated the world. A robot would have been more pleasant. My... sandwich has a spot of mayo, smaller than a dime, and a piece of lettuce the size of a matchbox. I took it back in and a verynice black man fixed my food, thank goodness for him other than that the food was great, you just need to spend time teachingyour help to serve food that looks as good as it taste. Absolutely horrible! I was told to drive around to the front of the store because my tacos were cooking. When they brought my... order out the tacos were old, cold, greasy, chewy and with no cheese. They also put the cheese cake in the same bag with noutensils. Asked the employee... what the heck is this? He said nothing and bolted for the front door like he was busy. There wasonly one car behind me in the drive-thru and one car in the entire parking lot. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed ofthemselves!! Very poor management!! No need to reply to this review asking me to go to another website so they can investigatethe matter because evidently it has no affect, just more lies. Read more

I have never had an issue with this Jack in the Box. As a delivery driver for multiple apps, I frequent this Jack in the Box... often. Today I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo and everything on the order was correct except the chicken sandwich meatwas old, hard and I couldn't even eat it. I hope this Jack in the Box doesn't start going down hill, as it's been my go to for aquick bite to while working. Not sure what happened with the chicken maybe old/bad oil but it was the worst chicken sandwichI've ever received. Read more
When you supposedly order the bigger box that costs $8 and you get a kids meal size. Jack has really gone down hill. Can?t stand... spending decent money on hard buns, and portions fit for a toddler. Read more
I was very disappointed. We ordered 3 bonus jack combos. We wanted 2 chocolate shakes and one vanilla. Regular fries. They... were out of regular fries so we had to get curly. Was only able to get 2 shakes. They were out of cheese. We got no sauce onour burgers. They were basically double cheeseburgers!! Very disappointed. This Jack in the box needs to be closed down! Notto mention, you have to have a full tank of gas when you go through the drive thru. Takes forever! Read more
