The owner should read some reviews and teach the staff how to handle customers. The sign- evidently it's been there a while-... asks customers to be patient. After 10 minutes the girl on the headset said she had employees not show up and had a full diningroom in addition to the 4 cars on drive thru. She started to ask for our order and then said "sorry, I thought you were theother car" ?!? Like the one that drove away? Or us, who you told to wait? After that and waiting longer we left. Luckily thepeople inside were tended to and the guy in back took out trash twice while we waited. Someone was even able to be doing whatlooked like inventory. I sincerely hope the owner actually reads some of these reviews. I would suggest you close the lobby onshort staff days. Or maybe it's just the worst place to work and staff continues to walk while you lose money. Obviously it'snot about the customers or taking care of staff. Read more
Truly amazed at how horrible this place was! The food was cold, messy and not even correct. We ordered a bacon double... cheeseburger (plain) with chicken fries and fries, a rodeo double cheeseburger (no pickles) with chicken fries and fries, and a(#7) crispy chicken sandwich meal. We got two bacon double cheeseburgers with everything that looked like they had been sittingfor hours and probably had been since they were cold and the cheese was hardened. The chicken fries and fries were all old, hardand cold. The chicken sandwich was old hard and cold too with soggy lettuce and they didn't have any mayonnaise to put on it.One coke machine was out of coke, the other had it but it was flat and so hot that the ice didn't even make it cold. The staffwas frustrated because the customers were all upset so they were incredibly rude to everyone. They also didn't know how to ringup the orders. Some of the employees were handling food without gloves and some weren't in uniform. The entire restaurant(including the play area and bathrooms) was horribly dirty. The floors were all incredibly sticky and there was ancient foodeverywhere. I only had a few bites of my food and now, about an hour later, I'm starting to feel sick to my stomach. Tried going thru the drive thru. But the lady kept cutting me off. I tried telling her I wasn't finished, but she just repeated... the total again. So I went inside, and explained to the cashier what happen. Got instant attitude. There was 2 people at thedrive thru ahead of me, 1 customer inside waiting for his order. So they were not busy, and the place is a mess inside. Kitchenis very dirty. Food all over the floor, garbage overflowing. Dirty with attitude, worst BK I've ever been too. (Total wait time, 30 minutes.) Waited 15 minutes in que for the drive-thru, with only 1 car ahead of me (I ordered a simple... whopper meal). When I got to the window, I waited about 5 minutes. Then, finally, the employee said "cash only" and closed thewindow on me, before I could respond. I waited for him to open the window again, but, I ran out of patience, after a fewminutes, and went to Taco Bell. Go somewhere else. Kingman's Burger King service is TERRIBLE. Read more
Person behind the counter was not properly advised on the senior discount age and blatantly ignored another customer who was... asking a question about it. The fries were anemic and the burgers were dry. One of the soda machines were not working and wasnot restocked. Definitely not worth the stop. Read more
The Place is crawling with lethargic flies and the fire alarm is constantly flashing and no one seems to care. I ordered a basic... Whopper without cheese that took 10 minutes to get to me when I did receive it it had cheese on it and since I can't eat cheeseI had to return it and wait more. The soda machine had no flavors and was out of everything. To top it all my burger was roomtemperature. I did not even bother to say anything to the staff, I just wanted to leave. This store should be a training store. Each time I've ordered food was fresh, staff friendly and service fast. Sign on drive... thru tonight asked for patience as they're short staffed but I never would have known! Thanks BK on rt 66, you've been awesomefor the time we've been in town. Stay awesome! Read more
This place has the LONGEST wait time in a drive thru I've EVER experienced. They never have enough employees. The food quality... has gone done tremendously. I love Burger King, BUT not this one!! Read more
