Stopped for breakfast but their "system" was offline. I returned for supper and got 2 burgers and a large fry. The double cheese... burgers were ok but the fries were like shoestring fries. Dining room open when they feel like it I guess which isn't very often that we've seen when traveling through. Service gets... worse each time. I usually stop at this location when making my weekly trip thru Missouri. It?s decent, has truck parking, and I?ve never had my... order get messed up. The icing on the cake was a few days ago, the lobby was closed and unfortunately I cannot fit my semi thruthe drive thru. Before seeing the lobby was closed, I placed my order on the app for inside pick up. Well, it never went thru soI called the store number and explained my situation and was able to get my order done and make me happy. Customer service atits finest! Read more
This morning I wanted Mcdonald breakfast and they don't open up the diner lobby This horrible experience I had enough.... Management is really rude would not take my order as trucker. Mcdonald policy is required to have diner lobby and drive throughopen up for business. This breakfast experience at 9am sucks. Ripley McDonald's is pretty much like any other McDonald's out there. It's about average. The staff are friendly for the most... part. Occasionally someone will take care of you at the window that's a little less than nice. Sometimes they don't have sweettea. Overall they're okay. Read more
Well as of 04/24/22 this location is garbage. When I arrived there was only one other guest ahead of me in line. Took about 15... minutes to receive my order. (Keep in mind that there was 6 people working in the back.) simple simple order. Two sausage andcheese muffins. After leaving and calling the location and explaining that they?re handing out sandwiches with nothing inside,the manager said nothing for about 5 seconds and then simply hung up.
