For being in King of Prussia, the prices were immaculate. The burgers were all very good but the fries were cold. I would 100%... go again but this location had the worst service. The woman who took my order (I don't want to put her name publicly) was barelyspeaking at all in a loud, crowded mall so I had to repeat everything several times so that my order was correct. She was alsorolling her eyes when I asked for plain burgers. The card reader was not reading my card and the man yelled at me to "justinsert your card" when it repeatedly told me to take it out. The staff who handed me my food were very polite. Maybe it'sbecause I had my family of 7 so I did tip $9 but we were very nice and cooperative. I'm assuming it was a busy day but the frontof house service was absolutely awful, rude, barely understandable and made things unnecessarily confusing. I also don't enjoybeing yelled at by someone especially if they weren't the one taking my order. I would for sure come again but the outside ShakeShack instead to avoid the rude service. Read more

Would you like to add a tip? What kind of a FAST FOOD place asks you that? You make money to serve your food. How idiotic is... this place to think you should tip someone to walk your fast food to the window. Will NEVER GET ANYTHING HERE EVER AGAIN. How'sthat for a tip. ZERO STARS. Pay your people better. All we ordered were three milkshakes and it took about 30 minutes to get them. There wasn't that many people waiting for orders... so I'm not sure what took so long. The shakes were good. Read more
Shake Shack is usually on point. Today, not so much. My burger was certainly not completely cooked - threw the remaining part... out. The other burger we had was completely cooked. Also, the drinks were not labeled and had to be remade because they couldn'ttell us which was diet and which was regular. Takes 2 seconds to punch the hole on the lid. Lazy. Read more
This burger chain met my expectations for the burger and shake, but unfortunately fell short on everything else. The fries were... just not super good, and I even tried the cheese fries which weren't much better. The chicken nuggets aren't amazing either. Theburger and shake were top notch though, so I definitely recommend going just for that. Read more
This is the 2nd time at this Shake Shack and the same issue both times. Fires were cold and we were unable to hear anyone... calling order names. It was to crowded to stand to close. The shakes of course were on point and amazing. The food is always Mehwhich I'm bummed about. But would still go for the shakes. Read more
