I'm on a business training session in King Of Prussia. And I was looking for a decent burger place to just grab and go. I wasn't... feeling the usual fast food burger places that we all know. I saw Shake Shack on Google in the area and decided to head over.The staff was professional and the wait was minimal. I was able to try a double shack burger and fries with ginger ale. Theburger was well seasoned and the toppings were crisp. The fries weren't greasy and little seasoned. I enjoyed the meal. Thisplace would be somewhere I'd visit again once I'm back in KOP. Overall typically busy. On this day not as much. Chicken Shack is great well cooked with the condiments, hits the right... spot. Plenty of seating areas both in and out. Good customer service. Worth exploring! Read more

Today was my first time ever being at shake shack. I was really excited because my friend said it was really good. We were... waiting a while for our food. Then we noticed that people who arrived well after me and my friend were getting their food. Ithad been over 25 minutes. A group of six girls, of which arrived after me and my one friend, got their order which was triplewhat my friend and I had got. I got inpatient and waited by the front for the order because it was getting ridiculous. I hate tobe that person but it was way too long. As I?m waiting I?m met with looks from a short female staff member with long red hairthat was pulled back. I did not catch her name. The food was great but the way that my friend and I were treated, when we werenothing but kind, is childish and immature. The staff spent their time doing more talking than working and going on their phone.I will never come here again. As good as the food was, it is not worth the money to be treated that way for no reason. Theyshould have apologized for getting our order after they got the orders of those who arrived after us. Good Place and Excellent food! I enjoyed my first visit at this Shake Shack location. Place was very busy but foods was being... served at a quick pace. Food quality is really good in-fact much better than a lot of Burger places with higher prices. Friescan be a little better but overall this has best tasting burgers! Read more

I was super excited to try this place. Cheeseburgers were great. The cheese fries weren't worth the price. Milkshake was great.... Customer service lacked at the front while placing my order, but was great while I revieved my to go order. Read more
