Delicious food, great service and an interesting atmosphere combine to make a unique dining experience that I'd recommend too... anyone. I got the barbecue pork chops and broken rice. The pork was tender and moist with an excellent savory flavor, and therice was done perfectly. My companions had the lemongrass pork pho, the chicken pho, and beef fried rice. The pork in thelemongrass pho left something to be desired but they were were otherwise quite satisfied. I tried some of the beef fried riceand it was quite good, the beef was very tender and the rice was flavorful. I ate all my pork in one sitting but everyone elsehad leftovers. Overall a great experience and I'd love to come back some other time. Read more

The restaurant is super slow in renovating the old Ruby Tuesday's design, but the food itself is out of this world. Best... Vietnamese I've had in the KOP area. Service is also quick! Read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I went into the restaurant to place a order. The person who took my order was an... older gentleman who was extremely rude, loud and abrasive. I watched him be the exact same way with the customers who came inafter me tk place an order. My food was bland and as expected, he got my order wrong. Not I see why they?re practically emptyevery time I walk by. Horrible customer service and the food is bland as hell. Do not eat here!! Read more

I came here with my parents on Monday, July 4th at 11:12 AM and was seated right away. It was empty considering it was the... holiday. They have two entrances, the one inside the mall, and the one outside towards the back of the restaurant. Therestaurant looks clean and I liked that they had the plastic covering on top of the table. My father was fascinated by theaquarium tank and insisted I take photos of it. They had different layouts of the menu: the big blue book, the mini menu fortake out, and the hand sized one where you flip from the back and front. We ordered 2 shrimp summer rolls (Goi Cuon Tom) ($11,so $5.50 each) and they tasted just as they should. Our waiter, John, was very friendly with us and was nice enough to give ustwo more peanut sauces. He says he?s new to the place and was very respectful. Our waitress was also very kind. We ordered alarge hot tea ($5.50) and my parents enjoyed it. We ordered Vietnamese crab noodles (Bun Rieu Cua; $12.75) and it tastedrefreshing. I ordered a deluxe pho (Pho Thuong Hang for $17.99). At first, it wasn?t what I wanted because I wanted fish ballsinstead of the brisket but I ended up enjoying it so it turned out great! The deluxe pho consisted of beef noodle soup toppedwith eye round steak, well done brisket, crunchy flank, beef balls, and steamed jumbo shrimp. We ordered #34, charbroiled porkhoagie ($8.50) which is banh mi thit nuong to go and it tasted well. Everything went well and I decided to use the restroomconsidering we were the only ones there and they had just opened. Boy, was I wrong for doing so. Aside from the cleanliness ofthe restaurant, the restroom was a different story. I wish I had never gone in. It was absolutely atrocious, disgusting, anddirty. All in all, the bathroom was a bad ending to it but the restaurant itself is a 5/5. Read more

Forgot to write a review the last time I visited and the only time I will ever visit. I was excited to try this place out when I... was passing by the mall. Surprised even that there is a pho place there. I wanted to try since I am a big fan of Pho, I went in,and it was almost completely empty which I thought was good. But it wasn't, we ordered our food and waited, the food came outand it was okay, I guess. The service was horrible, the owner doesn't have a welcoming attitude. Anyways we finished our food, and my boyfriend went to pay. We both decided not to tip since it was a horrible experience for both of us, which would havegladly tip very generously if the service was there. He ended up paying 70, which I thought was extremely overpriced for twobowls of pho and 2 drinks. I asked to see the receipt and seen that the owner decided to tip himself close to 16 dollars whichwe did not approved. But it was already too late since we had left, and I trusted my boyfriend to look at the bill prior topaying. Extremely unprofessional. If you do decide to go, I would double check your bill before paying. Read more

Aw man, where to begin... The service is on par with a gas station and the food tastes like it cooked there. Even the drinks... were bad. I can't possibly see why this place is still open but I can see why it was so empty. We entered from the mallentrance and the guy seating people was at the dinner counter with his back to everyone. Had to yell to get his attention. Wewe're seated fine but the people behind us were just shouted directions to their table. He literally dropped off some menus thenwalked away. We knew this wasn't going to be a good experience. When he finally came back, he asked if we were ready to order towhich I said we needed more time but he just stood there. It could have been that he didn't hear me so I'll give him a pass onthat one. My wife ordered a jackfruit smoothie and seafood pho and I ordered a lemonade and rice noodles with beef stew. Adifferent older gentleman appeared reaching across my wife with a cup saying "taste this". He could have easily taken a fewextra steps to come between us at the round table but he took the shorter route and reached across a customer. That's a no nobut new batter new set of strikes. ???? I told him it was ok but actually it tasted like a melted snowcone. I could see thatthey had Minute Maid listed on the fountain but he wanted to be creative and I guess I was his Guinea pig. He arrived once againwith another cup. This time he wasn't interested enough to get an opinion of his concoction. We've never had a warm smoothiebefore but he seemed confident it was the best way to prepare them I guess. After a few more sips I figured out that the boba atthe bottom, yeah boba, was hot then cold, blended fruit was poured on top. ???? A bowl of rice noodles with beef stew showed upvery quickly. I guess they keep thing on standby as it had only been 3-4 minutes since we ordered and there was a staff of 3running the show. The beef was very tender but it was all downhill from there. It was served in a basic beef Read more
