Awful, awful customer service and painfully slow. Waited 25 minutes for a coffee with three people in line.

Rude staff! Extremely long wait time. I ordered the Salted Caramel Mocha but got a cup of unmixed coffee powder with whip. I... took it back for a redo or refund but I was rudely told by 2 members of the staff, I needed to get in line again. (Long line) .Nope I did my time. The male staff member then said , ?You see all these people? We are not going to let you skip to the frontof the line.? I then asked for a manager. I showed her the cup of powder mix with whip. Coffee is little pricey. I have tried Italian mocha which is no so great but Mexican Mocha is good to try as it tasted good.

Fourth visit this month. Customer service terrific. Found Wayne Schmidbauer (yes,I took the time to find out his full name) very... engaging, informative and fun to deal with--Getting a cup of coffee should be fun and Wayne makes you relax and actually enjoythe process. I was looking for a coffee shop in the area other than Starbucks, glad I found this spot! It's hidden in a nook next to the... first floor of entrance Nordstrom inside the KOP mall. Staff was friendly and approachable. The iced dirty chai was delicious, Icould taste the spice + espresso without being covered up by a sugary taste! Read more
