The way I'd describe this place is "aggressively mediocre". The area is nice and big and they do server a mix of cocktails and... alcohols, and there is a nice selection of meats. We ordered the lean brisket and some coleslaw and some drinks, and the foodwas just "Okay." It came in a tin tray and the coleslaw in a small plastic cup and the meat was strangely red only on theedges. For being called lean also the meat seemed well over 30% fat. The meat was good but nothing to scream and shout for, andhonestly not worth the price charged for it (23$). The fries were very crispy however. The cocktail we got (Prospects Punch)was also just okay. Felt watered down The seasonal lemonade was decent, blackberry at the time we got it. Service was quitefast and pleasant so no issues there at all. I'd be willing to rate it higher if the prices were lower but it was just okay. Itbasically felt like food court food. I would honestly rather just head up to the food court in the king of prussia mall properand get something there for cheaper prices. Amazing barbecue, great service, loved the rub on the ribs and their spicy barbecue sauce at the table, fries and brisket cheese... steak were awesome and the bacon Mac and truffle Macs were both Amaz-z-zing! A little pricy, but worth it for quality bbq. Definitely going back. Read more

We enjoyed dining last evening for the first time at Morgan's Brooklyn Barbecue at the King of Prussia Mall. Eddie, the... manager, was great greeting us, seating us and explaining the history of the restaurant. Everything we ordered came out timely. My husband ordered the pork ribs and were cooked perfectly as the meat fell off the bone. We also ordered the cornbreadappetizer and it was homemade. Morgan should have kept their Barbecue in Brooklyn because these prices are ridiculous for the area. The owners must not have... realized how affordable good quality BBQ is here in PA and that's why the restaurant has gotten so many terrible reviews. Ourserver was also the bartender at the time of our visit and brought out our cocktails. Those drinks were probably the worstcocktails we have ever had. Unfortunately that really jump started our bad experience at this restaurant, especially since wehad to pay for terrible drinks that we did not finish. After analyzing the menu we immediately realized how expensiveeverything was. We decided to order the three pigs platter since it had the most meat we wanted to try with two sides. Theplatter includes: Pork Belly, Pulled Pork, Pork Ribs, Slaw, Potato Salad. We also ordered ½ lb of the fatty brisket. We askedour server which would be the better extra side collard greens or a Mac n’ cheese, since we had a hard time deciding. Ourserver recommended collard greens, which was one of their favorite sides. Boy I wish I would have thoroughly read the reviews.We could have avoided paying so much money for subpar meat. The pork belly was extremely chewy/greasy and the ribs were dry. Thepulled pork and fatty brisket was good, but I can get the same quality meat if not better at a different restaurant/food truckfor less $$. There are only two BBQ sauce options: spicy and sweet. The spicy BBQ sauce was not spicy but very flavorful. Thesweet BBQ was just that, very sweet. The collard greens were cold and probably the most disgusting greens I’ve ever had. Thecoleslaw was good and the potato salad was not memorable. I would not return to this restaurant nor would I ever recommend it.The only thing this restaurant got right was their playlist. It was my first time. HONEST REVIEW! This was beyond amazing!!! I ordered the nachos as well as an appetizer but had no time to... snap a pic lol. The brisket is delicious, wings are perfectly smoked, fries is crunchy and flavorful. I just came back from ashort vacation down South, and this is the perfect spot to eat great BBQ.
