I don't even want to give them this star I work at the King of Prussia Mall I go there probably everyday this is what they do to... the customers the prices is different from every other Dunkin' donuts they overcharge for everything that's in there they arevery unpleasant disrespectful and rude to the customers they cheat you out of your coffee by tripping the ice it doesn't eventaste like coffee they are cheating the customers how can the King of Prussia Mall allow them to cheat and treat the thecustomers badly. Idk what happened to this place there was a good staff about a year or 2 ago. Half the time they're closed. My coffee is... probably 10 percent coffee if that. I watched a guy poor coffee from one cup into my cup which was 90 percent full of ice andcream? Idk what's going on???? The lady counted money for about 5 minutes before she even took my order....??? There was anolder gentleman who used to work here with a lady and a young uy. They were so much better. Place went downhill bad. Avoid. Read more
Everyone who works here is rude, inexperienced and should be fired. There really needs to be other people who work here. It?s... the same three inconsiderate people every morning. They don?t listen and do whatever they want. I asked the lady to put oat milkin my drink twice and and when it was time to make it. Both of the women completely ignored the fact that I asked for it. Went in this morning for a breakfast sandwich. Under staffed, the one worker there waited on three customers before me, handling... money, touching the register keys, pushing back her hair, and not once changing the gloves she wore! When I asked her to changeher gloves handling my food, she seemed annoyed! And this is why communal infections spread. Read more
got an iced coffee with coconut milk and flavor swirls, but i watched him omit the milk and put in the wrong flavor when making... it. when i got his attention, he dismissed the issue and told me he had other customers. Read more
Because of this locations size, they don't carry everything that a typical DD restaurant might carry. For example, I've been... unable to order a sandwich with Ciabatta bread or the vanilla bean coolatta. It can be very busy in the mornings from the mallstaff so be prepared to wait. I also recommend checking your order before walking away. I've received completely wrong ordersseveral times but the staff is always super nice about it and makes it right. Read more
