Literally for the last 3 days I?ve ordered the same thing and have been charged 3 different prices. Unfortunately I haven?t... saved my receipt. 2x a male rung me up through drive through , the second time a woman. I decided to address the pricing todayand was very cooperative asking what was the difference in my order each time & I still paid without an issue. I still had mycup from yesterday in the car with the same ingredients on the cup however I didn?t have my actual receipt. Today I even ordereda smaller size and paid the same exact thing as I did for the largest size yesterday. Instead of just explaining the differencethe cashier was rude and told me to just sue her. I then explained again , it was that big of a deal however I still wanted toknow the difference being that I?m getting the same thing everyday. I also know for a fact that even without my receipt they canlook up my order number to see how much I paid yesterday. I?ve been apart of customer service all my life. I usually just orderon doordash and get it in the morning. But the night shift has been giving me hell. Even after I order my stuff they just leaveme hanging. They open the windows and just expect me to know a price. No greetings, no thank yous or nothing. I hate thatbecause I?m a jolly person and I?m always greeting the people who are serving me. My experience in the drive thru was strange. When I pulled up the staff member scanned the Dunkin? QR code in my Apple wallet.... She then just stopped and was looking at me expectantly but not saying anything, so I said ?Yes??. She said ?it?s $3.18? Towhich I was like ?right?. I didn?t put my phone back out because she had already scanned, so I thought she was just telling methe amount. So then she looked at me longer and said again ?it?s $3.18?. So I was like ?oh, I thought you had already scanned?and gave her my QR code to scan again. She did it a few more times, then called for another employee who walked up and said?that?s a Starbucks gift card.? Very surprised, I turned my phone around and confirmed I had open the Dunkin? Donuts app. Itsays Dunkin? Donuts and is in their branding. So I pointed this out and he again scanned then said ?well your balance is $0?. Ishowed him where it says my balance is $13. He said ?your balance is $0?. I paid w credit card which is totally fine, but theemployees only made things more confusing, not less. Went in for coffee and to use the app that states any size hot coffee would be $1. I scanned the app and the lady stated it's... $2.80. I showed her the app that clearly reads $1. I scanned the app again, and She yelled loudly at me "NO" it's $2.80. Therewere other customers in line which was embarrassing. Worst experience ever!!! To Starbucks across the street that have nicer,kinder employees who don't yell at their customers. Read more
