My daughter and I waited in line and watched the kid making the ice cream use his bare hands to also handle the cash register... and itch his nose. We got out of line and left because we were grossed out. This should not be happening at a food serviceplace. Really bad service really bad staff,their ice cream is ok good but due to staff i really dont want to go there they are so... rude,yesterday went there for ice cream ask them for 3cups and that lady was surprized you want 3? I said yes i have my familywith me why you asking this question? They were closing soon thats why she dont want to serve me 3 cups???? I arrived on a Saturday 8:15 PM to find them closing and refusing to make anymore of their delicious ice cream treats. I personally don't think their ice cream is as good as people make it out to be; However they have good milkshakes. The shakes... could have some improvement in the consistency but in terms of sweetness/flavor they get an "A". Also, the store often pausesoperations for short periods of the day for example the storefront will be closed from 12:30n-1:15pm and then again around4:00pm-4:45pm, I would assume this happens due to low staff and for labor law reasons, but it's still quite unfortunate. Lastly,a few of the staff members could revisit the company's customer service training as they all don't have adequate customerservice skills, on some days the staff members can be very nonchalant.
