Very poor customer care. Bought a minibon, and Cinnabon cup. But they did not keep the cup in the bag, for which charged about... $4. And the shop was closed out when I came back to check with them. Staffs need to be more attentive and careful about customercare. Read more

I work in the mall, and I just walked over to get cinnabon, and there were 2 young girls on the counter, with gloves on, on... their cell phones texting. When one finally noticed me, she waited another few moments until she put her phone down and thensaid "i can help you whenever you're ready". Being I am the manager in retail in the mall myself, I understand it being slow andnot always having a lot to do, but attitude and phone usage should never come before a customer. Read more
