We have eaten here 3 times in the last 4 months. The staff at this location have been consistently rude and unprofessional, and... the food is subpar. They seem to close or shut down service sporadically. I would eat at the other restaraunts. If you craveChipotle, try other locations. This is a rip-off with real bad attitude. One bowl $21

At or around 4:35pm on June 26 we walked up to the counter and asked if we could place an order because the guy behind the... counter did not look behind him. The guy behind the counter was cooking on the grill and when we asked he said that they wereclosing in the minutes and he is cleaning up. We walked away and about 15 minutes later when we had ordered food from anotherstore in the food court we saw that this location was still serving food. About 25 minutes after he had turned us away we wentback and asked another person now behind the counter if they were still open and serving. She said yes they were still servingIt was now 5:18 and she said that they were on break and that she was the manager. They did not have any name tags on so I couldnot get the names. I came in at 6:15 and I was told that they're not making burritos because they close at 7. I was also told they're not making... any more food because they close at 7. I politely left and ate elsewhere, but I really wanted that burrito. As someone who usedto work at Chipotle years ago, unless policies changed at some point, we cooked until the very end. Serving every customer untildoors closed. Considering that the employees were just standing around talking and turning lights off at 6:30, it really seemedlike they just didn't want to cook, and were just trying to get out early. I used to go to the store in dekalb outside the mall but I decided to give it a try to the inside mall store, i was super upset... with the size of the meal since I asked for double meat which they clearly gave me 1/2 and asked for lettuce which they didn?tput on my meal, i had a reward free entree meal through chipotle rewards and had to pay $2.38 , I don?t know where was statedthat a free meal u had to pay for the guac which was as well half of a spoon! , anyways, won?t be going to that store anymore toget a half bowl.
